The South Coast Real Estate Round-Up

In the latest issue of Realty Trac's Foreclosure Trends Report, Realty Trac report that there were more than 332,000 foreclosure filing in October 2010. Alot? Yes! But it was 4% less than September and on par with 2009 October's numbers. It was the 20th consective month with over 300,000 homeowners receiving foreclosure notices. Realty Trac also reports that the number probably would have been higher if it were not for the short lived moritoriums caused by the "robo-signers" fallout.
